I was wondering if it is possible to install the hacked version of Tiger or Leopard on the X61 Tablet, are there any forum posts anywhere or anyone. Lenovo ThinkPad X60 Tablet drivers are tiny programs that enable your Tablet hardware to communicate with your operating system software.
I got the chance to play with an IBM ThinkPad that dual boots Windows XP and Mac OS 10.4 (the 'Intellese' version). It felt like I was in the twilight zone seeing the shiny Mac interface on a black IBM laptop.
Running Mac OS on non-Apple hardware isn't Apple's intention with 10.4, but now that it's possible, surely a community will spring up around the possibilities - and hopefully get their hands on the necessary drivers. The ThinkPad I played with didn't have wifi card drivers and also had some video card rendering issues when you moved windows around, but otherwise it worked very smoothly. The best part? We can truly answer the question of which OS is more performant now that it can run on the same exact hardware. Click to enlarge my crappy cameraphone photo above.
