Please assist me in getting the Blue Ray / DVD /CD playing in my ESPRIMO Q1500 PC for my son.

The BD ROM is from SONY : OPTIARC BD ROM BC-5600S flashed with the latest available drive from SONY V 1.03.

The PC is the ESPRIMO Q1500 from Fujitsu.

W10 HOME is working already for some time without any problems and is in its latest version fully updated as of today available.

Did not use the media BD ROM for a rather long time. With the original W7 Home version it worked without any problem.

Pro

Now the message I get is 'no disk' for CD/DVD/Blue Ray disk.

Upon inserting a disk the drive does turn / search a bit and then stops with the 'no disk'.

Using the NERO analysis tool the data below is provided when version 1.01 was in.

Have now flashed it successfully to Firmware version 1.03 = the latest available from SONY.

Same result / same picture as below but 1.01 Firmware now reads 1.03.

Hence it is known in the PC otherwise NERO would not be able to generate this output but is does not 'see' the inserted disk.

Did use VLC, Power DVD and windows players. All same result 'no disk'
